BUILDING AN ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE BRAND FROM LAUNCH TO GLOBAL GROWTH
BUILDING AN ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE BRAND FROM LAUNCH TO GLOBAL GROWTH
BUILDING AN ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE BRAND FROM LAUNCH TO GLOBAL GROWTH
I joined Stark Future before its first motorcycle reached customers. Over the next three and a half years, I helped shape the brand as the company grew from an ambitious startup into an international electric motorcycle business.
My work ranged from packaging and dealer experiences to racing assets, events, technical documentation, marketing campaigns, retail materials, and investor communications. Each project came with different audiences, requirements, and deadlines, often requiring quick decisions and the ability to move between very different types of design work.

PACKAGING SYSTEM
Establishing a scalable visual identity that could grow alongside the company. Packaging was one of the first opportunities to extend the Stark Future brand beyond the motorcycle itself. I designed scalable systems for spare parts, apparel, accessories, and maintenance products, ensuring every product reflected a consistent visual identity while remaining practical for production and distribution.

As Stark Future expanded internationally, creating a consistent dealership experience became essential. I designed a range of branded assets that helped partners present the brand in a unified way, from dealer kits and retail graphics to promotional materials, signage, and customer-facing experiences.

DESTINATION EX
Rather than introducing a new product, Destination EX was about deepening the connection between people and the Stark VARG EX. Created for journalists, creators, and selected guests, the event combined riding experiences with a carefully crafted visual identity that I developed across every branded touchpoint, from printed collateral and gifts to environmental graphics.

RACING
Racing became one of Stark Future's most visible expressions of the brand. I contributed to the visual identity across the entire racing program, designing assets that extended from the motorcycles and rider apparel to the paddock environment, team equipment, promotional materials, and athlete giveaways. Every element was created to reinforce a consistent and recognizable presence on and off the track.

PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION
As the Stark Future product range expanded, clear and consistent documentation became an essential part of the customer experience. I developed the visual language for user manuals, parts catalogs, and technical documentation across multiple motorcycle models, creating layouts and templates that balanced clarity, usability, and brand consistency while supporting multilingual releases.

MARKETING
Beyond products and experiences, the brand came to life through everyday communication. Whether announcing new developments, supporting product launches, or creating presentations for investors and partners, every piece was designed to communicate with clarity while strengthening the Stark Future identity.
Confidential Work. Investor presentations were also an important part of my role. While much of this work cannot be shown because of confidential information, I was closely involved in developing presentations for specific investor audiences, adapting content and design as requirements changed and deadlines became increasingly tight.

Every new product was an opportunity to expand the Stark Future brand. From maintenance products and accessories to branded merchandise, I helped develop visual identities and packaging that transformed early concepts into production-ready products while ensuring every addition felt like a natural extension of the brand.

THE BRAND IN MOTION
When I joined Stark Future, the company was preparing to introduce its first motorcycle to the world. Over the following years, I had the opportunity to contribute to nearly every customer-facing expression of the brand as it grew into an internationally recognized business.
Being part of Stark Future during this period meant watching the brand evolve alongside the company itself. What began as a small, fast-moving team grew into a much larger organization, and the design work evolved with it. Looking back, what I value most is not any single deliverable, but the opportunity to help shape a brand through so many stages of its growth.

Whether designing packaging, retail experiences, racing assets, events, technical documentation, marketing campaigns, or new products, every project played a role in building a cohesive identity that could grow with the business. Looking back, what I’m most proud of isn’t any single deliverable, but having helped shape a brand that continues to evolve far beyond the work presented here.
